Jubilee Youth Service Leadership Academy

 J.Y.S.L.A. is a unique and inspiring 501(c)(3) nonprofit Christian, group-oriented mentoring, leadership development, disciple-making, and community service organization noted by our exclusive partnership with the City of Mobile Parks & Recreation Department (MPRD). We are committed to serving, teaching, training, empowering, and transforming the lives of males ages 12 to 18 to become virtuous young men distinguished by a Spirit of Excellence, Godly character, integrity, and living a life of faithfulness as servant-leaders of tomorrow. We encourage and motivate every young man in our group to adopt a Vision, a Code of Conduct, and foundational life principles and personal core values to live by, such as:

(1) Put God First.

(2) Live With Intentionality.

(3) Dream Big.

(4) Don’t Be Afraid To Fail.

(5) Never Give Up

We believe our Biblical worldview approach instills a desire in each young man to cultivate intentional and authentic relationships to positively impact their families, communities, and the culture to spread the Good News of the Gospel to all nations.

The Jubilee Youth Service Leadership Academy (J.Y.S.L.A.) cultivates character, resilience, a lifelong commitment to the foundational principles of Scripture, and service to the Lord Jesus Christ. We teach, train, equip, inspire, and empower young men ages 12 to 18 to become virtuous servant-leaders, serve honorably with purpose, lead with courage, integrity, and compassion, and uphold justice and excellence to transform their homes, communities and the culture through a faith-driven Biblical worldview.
